- Base Pay: $22 to $25 per session hour.
- Base Pay increases: Standardized increases based on session hours worked and performance evaluations up to $30 per hour.
- Tier Pay: Scale up to $40 per session hour based on performance.
- Commissions: Extra income on enhancements and retail products.
- Bonuses: Regular performance and retention incentives.
- Gratuities: 100% yours with same-day tip payout.
