This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) programThe SDS Program Excellence Manager is responsible for shaping and supporting efforts to enhance program performance by leveraging processes, tools, coaching and PM Development resources across the SDS Division. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.You Will Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor’s or higher degree with 8 years of program management experience or Masters degree and 6 years of experience or an additional 4 years in lieu of degreeExperience in program execution, earned value management, change management, risk management, and stakeholder managementExperience managing projects / programs across with different customers across multiple phases of the program life cycleExperience briefing executives and managing expectationsability to travel up to 25% per month.Must have an active a U.S. Government DoD security clearance and ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP)These Qualifications Are Nice To Have:Experience as a program manager or IPT lead in a development programStrong execution track record as a PMExperience managing peopleExperience in start up or recovery situations that required review and enhancement of metrics, processes, ops tempo, and decision making tools/productsActive U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needPrimary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 - $250,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
