Overview Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care (LTC) - Waimea, Hawaii. This travel assignment starts 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,577 to $2,801 per week. There are no guaranteed hours. Shift: Any. Setting: hospital-based long-term care unit. Holiday pay is paid based on hours worked on designated holidays. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,577-$2,801 per week Guaranteed hours: 0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Any Start date: 08/24/2026 Work setting: hospital-based Long-Term Care unit Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in the LTC unit, including medication administration, assessments, and ongoing monitoring. Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; document outcomes in the electronic medical record. Administer prescribed medications and treatments following protocol and physician orders. Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to clinical needs, and elevate concerns per policy. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to coordinate care and support discharge planning as appropriate.
