Ex Cruise Ship CrewWe are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented ex-crew professionals to join our team as Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with candidate recruitment, project coordination, and end-to-end onboarding. Your shipboard experience will be invaluable in guiding new candidates through the process and ensuring they are fully prepared for their journey at sea.Key Responsibilities:Support the recruitment process by screening applicants, conducting interviews, and assessing suitability based on cruise line standardsManage candidate pipelines for specific cruise line clients and job rolesCoordinate onboarding processes, including documentation, medicals, training schedules, visa arrangements, and pre-departure briefingsCommunicate with cruise line representatives to ensure timely follow-up on assignments, approvals, and deployment datesProvide guidance and mentorship to first-time seafarers based on your own shipboard experienceMaintain accurate candidate records and track progress using internal systemsAssist with internal projects related to talent development, academy coordination, and complianceParticipate in career fairs, training seminars, or webinars, where applicableRequirements:Previous cruise ship experience in any department (F&B, housekeeping, entertainment, deck/engine, etc.)Strong understanding of shipboard operations and crew lifeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks or projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration toolsRecruitment or HR experience is a plus but not required; full training will be providedWorking Place: 1 Waterford Place, Century City
