Job Summary Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full‑arch dental implant center located in Woodlands, TX, is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide general anesthesia for full‑mouth dental implant procedures. The position offers a supportive, team‑oriented environment where patient safety and satisfaction are paramount. Key Details Schedule: 2days per week (Mon/Tue or Wed/Thu) Hourly rate starts at $200+/hour, negotiable based on market Daily guarantee, whether you work or not Report at 6:30 am – first surgery at 7:00 am 1099 contractor; independent practice; 100% autonomy; solo practice Adult patients only; no nights, weekends, call, or holidays 12days off per year Great work‑life balance; work only 2days a week Responsibilities Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full‑mouth dental implant procedures in an office‑based setting. Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to develop and implement anesthesia plans. Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines. Perform pre‑operative assessments and educate patients about options and potential risks. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events. Stay up‑to‑date with evidence‑based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment. Required Experience Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA. One year of experience practicing independently as a solo provider. Recent experience providing general anesthesia. Proficient in nasal intubations. Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility or surgery center. Preferred Experience Experience with dental anesthesia. Experience delivering anesthesia in an office‑based setting. Education & Licensure Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Current ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
