Data Entry Lead

Job Description: Supports the Medi-Cal Claims Operations team by providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to Data Entry staff while ensuring production, quality, and service level objectives are achieved. Serves as a subject matter expert for keying and claims processing activities, assists with workflow coordination, and promotes operational excellence through coaching, training, and continuous process improvement. Works with limited supervision and exercises sound judgment in resolving routine operational issues. Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Experience in a leadership capacity is preferred. Previous experience in data entry. Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and provide on-going guidance and feedback. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and business processing systems.
