Warehouse Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our operations team. This hands-on role involves a variety of warehouse functions including testing, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Testing air conditioners for functionality and quality standards Packing and shipping air conditioners and awnings for customer orders Interfacing with shipping companies to arrange pickups and resolve delivery issues Receiving incoming shipments and verifying inventory accuracy Loading shipments onto freight trucks efficiently and safely Operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials Perform custodial services such as cleaning and general upkeep of the warehouse Carry out miscellaneous tasks and one-off duties around the building as needed Qualifications: Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred Forklift certification or willingness to become certified Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Basic computer or inventory system knowledge a plus Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Work Environment: Full-time position, primarily in a warehouse setting Moderate to heavy physical activity Team-oriented with occasional independent tasks Benefits Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance Schedule 8 hour shift Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Why Join Us?
