Patient Services Specialist Transition Associate (Travel)

Location: Remote Position

Hiring Range:

This position requires travel all over the US on a consistent basis. Candidates will only be considered if they can travel over 50%.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Subject matter expert and trainer on transition issues related to front desk operations of clinic. Support staff transitioning to a new organization, and act as an advocate for change of necessary policies. To embed transition within the organization, delivering capability for staff to understand and respond appropriately to transition-related issues. Train all new employees meeting all deadlines.

Evaluate current processes and make recommendations on how to integrate them into new processes within AON. Demonstrate a thorough and detailed understanding of all SOP’s to ensure that they are applied appropriately during the integration process. Write SOPs and deliver them.

Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures

Responsible for overseeing training of staff from various locations, both in person and via webinar.

Will be expected to assist in other areas when requested to ensure a smooth transition.

Extensive travel, including extended stays out of state will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education :

• High school education required.

Certifications/Licenses :

• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.

Experience :

• Minimum 3 years of patient service specialist experience required
• Prior Training experience

• Computer Skills:
  • Expert in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.

Travel : >75%

Standard Core Workdays/Hours : Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required pending transition needs.
