Customer Experience Analyst

To enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement, the full-time remote Customer Experience Analyst will develop processes to collect and analyze multi-channel Voice of the Customer (VoC) data, providing data-driven recommendations to improve experiences across the organization. Key responsibilities Develop and implement customer and employee surveys to gather insights Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable recommendations for improving customer and employee experiences Create reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to leadership and staff Required qualifications Experience in creating, implementing, and analyzing customer or employee surveys Proficiency in data analysis and knowledge of customer experience principles, including VoC strategies Experience with report creation and data visualization tools, such as Power BI Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly Demonstrated alignment with Biblical principles and CBN's mission
