About the Position

Summary:
The RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff and ensures quality patient care during assigned shifts. They act as a leader, supporting staff and maintaining smooth unit operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Ensure proper patient care and documentation

• Handle admissions, discharges, and staffing issues

• Respond to emergencies and support clinical decisions

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations

Schedule:

• Day 

• 8 hour shifts

• Active RN license

• 1–2+ years of clinical experience (supervisory experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
