Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with some double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of up to 40 hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating a general orthopaedic patient population with wide variance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high daily patient volumes while maintaining documentation and quality care.

Assignment Details

• Primary shift type: Days.
• Primary rate type: 8-hour day schedule.
• OT hours must be approved by the site director before being worked.
• Floats to other clinics are not required.
