Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our client close to Decatur, AL . You will perform a variety This is a great opportunity to work with a leading automotive manufacturer while building your long-term career.

Responsibilities

Assist with in-house accounting projects, inputting project costs and financial data into Job Power and Microsoft Excel with 100% accuracy.
Organize, digitize, and maintain strict control over physical and digital project files, invoices, accounts payable/receivable records, and receipts.
Utilize strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, gather missing financial records, and keep project documentation up to date.
Administrative Support: Assist management with routine administrative tasks to support overall office productivity.
Acute Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for numbers; ability to catch data entry discrepancies and maintain pristine record-keeping.
Reliable Schedule Adherence: Trustworthy attendance and reliable transportation to meet our early morning on-site scheduling needs.
Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for professional

Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties
Microsoft Excel: Proficient in data entry, cell formatting, column sorting, and basic data organization.
Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting systems is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right candidate on JobPower construction/project management accounting software.
General Tech Literacy: Comfortable navigating Windows OS, digital filing systems (folders/subfolders), and handling email correspondence.
High School Diploma/GED or graduation from certified technical school.
Strong work ethic, good attendance, and ability to follow instructions.
Must pass background & drug screening.

Schedule & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift - Tuesday-Thursday Within the hours of 6:30 AM-5:00PM.
Pay: $17.00/hr
