Franklin Group in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Community Manager (LIHTC Experience) to oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance and financial performance of a LIHTC property. You will lead property staff, ensure compliance, and drive resident services while maximizing occupancy and revenues. Responsibilities include budgeting within approved limits, supervising office and maintenance teams, reporting Leasing Trends and Financial Performance, and maintaining Fair Housing compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
