Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. Job Description The PMI Sales Analyst (SA) is a key contact for Treasury Management customers. As an SA for complex corporate account relationships, they serve as the primary back‑up to Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs) and assist with the selling of treasury management solutions and the management of the overall sales process. Responsibilities Assure optimal levels of services are made available to clients. Assist TMCs in revenue‑generating activities and provide primary client support through direct personal contact. Analyze multiple resources and tools to understand the customer’s complex needs and desired output. Manage all pricing functions and new pricing requests; compile and analyze detailed pricing information and provide comparisons. Help review, document, and provide feedback on RFP/proposal content and client responses. Facilitate and manage deal development process by collecting, inputting, and monitoring client data through the deal team life cycle. Maintain pipeline opportunities in the sales tool and ramp opportunities, keeping client information current and accurate. Gather necessary client information and prepare documentation to support pre‑sale activities for implementation of financial products and services. Identify revenue‑generating opportunities by analyzing data to predict future trends. Partner with the TMC to drive new sales opportunities by identifying client needs and cross‑selling Treasury Management products and services. Participate in Working Capital customer engagement and create client materials when appropriate. Initiate actions to meet client needs independently, using good judgment when managerial involvement is required. Provide feedback to Sales, Product and Operations on product successes, deficiencies, and new product development needs. Participate in key relationship reviews when applicable. Ensure compliance with U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti‑Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements. Participate in required corporate and business line training related to these areas. Follow account opening procedures and internal suspicious activity referral requirements. Assist customers in understanding normal account activity, as appropriate. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; two or more years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in all Treasury Management products, systems, and processes; excellent professional communication and written presentation skills; strong critical thinking, negotiation, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions with limited supervision; high technological ability, especially Microsoft Office applications.
