Manufacturing Engineer

Supporting daily manufacturing operations, the full-time Manufacturing Engineer will drive process improvements, enhance product quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges in Minden, Nevada. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to support manufacturing operations Develop and improve standard work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing procedures Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and fabrication Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
