Senior Program Manager, AI Strategy

To drive the adoption of AI tools across the organization, the remote Senior Program Manager, AI Strategy will manage a multi-faceted program, deliver upskilling initiatives, and build community networks to foster a culture of AI-first practices. Key responsibilities Design and run programs to fulfill corporate AI adoption objectives Deliver training and workshops to accelerate AI transformation within business functions Build and sustain networks that promote grassroots adoption of AI tools and foster a culture of curiosity Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in change or program management within a large organization Proven track record of executing large-scale, cross-functional programs Experience in driving the adoption of transformative technology, preferably AI Strong ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders through influence
