Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our independent CRNA practice in Great Falls, MT. This full-time position offers autonomy, case variety, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment on a single medical campus.

Practice Highlights:

Independent CRNA practice model with collaborative physician relationships

Full-spectrum surgical support including:

Orthopedics (including spine)

General surgery

Robotic-assisted surgery

ENT, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, and plastics

No cardiac or OB cases

Facilities:

5 hospital ORs

4 outpatient surgery center ORs

1 endoscopy suite

2 catheterization labs

Active regional post-op pain management and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program

Call: 1:9 with rare callbacks and occasional post-call day off

Acute care hospital featuring:

36 inpatient beds

10-bed open ICU

8-bed Emergency Department staffed with experienced clinicians

Requirements:

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible CRNA

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

Unrestricted Montana CRNA license (or ability to obtain)

Regional block skills and independent anesthesia practice experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
