Step into a full-time stylist role with a fun, busy Great Clips salon. Earn $21–$28/hr with 401k, paid vacation time, and weekend pay bonuses. Bring your valid license and get ready to do what you love—all day, every day. Apply now and join the team that means business. Earn an extra $50 for weekend shifts. Unlock daily productivity bonuses and 20% product sales commissions. Paid training and annual performance reviews. Currently offering a Sign-on Bonus for New Employees for a Limited Time.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Salon Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
- Support team members in achieving salon goals and performance metrics.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and product sales.
- Conduct training and development for new stylists and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in salon management software and point of sale systems.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
