The ideal candidate will lead by example, motivate team members, and help ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests. Supervisors oversee daily waterpark operations, support staff, and provide excellent customer service with a smile, even on the busiest days! We are currently looking for part-time candidates with both weekday and weekend availability. Weekends are the primary time needed, along with weekday availability. Shift times vary depending on the day and waterpark business hours. Qualifications: Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred Previous waterpark or aquatic experience preferred American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification required, or willingness to become recertified Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, proactive, and team-oriented Must be 18 years or older Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to enforce safety rules and company policies Comfortable working in and around a waterpark environment Responsibilities & Duties: Supervise and support waterpark team members to maintain a high standard of guest service. Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly. Oversee daily waterpark operations and ensure attractions and guest areas are operating safely. Monitor waterpark activities and ensure all safety procedures and policies are followed. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the waterpark. Assist in training new employees and reinforcing company policies and procedures. Support lifeguards and other waterpark staff as needed. Handle cash and POS transactions as needed. Address and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and efficient manner. Help manage opening and closing procedures. Maintain a fun, professional, and positive environment for guests and staff. Report operational needs, safety concerns, and staff performance issues to management.
