What you'll do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into technical solutions.Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure timely project delivery.Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes.Conduct unit testing, defect management, and regression testing to ensure software reliability and performance.Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to optimize system stability and scalability.What you'll bring:Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.Strong technical acumen with proficiency in object-oriented programming and API design.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.Experience managing small to large-sized projects, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.Skilled in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and automation scripting.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, and mobile application frameworks.Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.Strong documentation, testing, and debugging capabilities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
