It is a five day a week, full-time position. Responsibilities Working as a team to assist the front office staff as a whole and school administration. Welcoming parents, guests, and visitors to the school with strict attention to details and school policies. Answering phones and relaying messages accordingly all while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Managing student attendance and maintaining organized records. A strong desire to collaborate with all school teachers and staff.
