Candidates must be proficient across multiple stations, demonstrate a high degree of technical ability, and consistently execute at a fine-dining standard. Creativity, discipline, and attention to detail are key, as is a commitment to maintaining the club's uncompromising standards in food quality, safety, and sanitation.Key Responsibilities:Execute menu items with precision, following standardized recipes and presentation standards.Rotate confidently across multiple stations within the kitchen.Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, food handling, and kitchen organization.Demonstrate expert-level understanding of various cooking techniques.Take full ownership of assigned duties, delivering consistent, high-quality results.Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and supervisors.Support a team-oriented culture through reliability, respect, and shared responsibility.Requirements:Proven experience in a high-end kitchen environment (private club, luxury hotel, or fine dining).Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks during service.Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals.Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, reach, etc.).Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting.Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.At the Duquesne Club, we serve a highly respected and discerning membership.
