Superior Balance Physical Health Therapy is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our passionate team at our rehabilitation center located in Milton, Florida. Work Environment

The ideal setting for our physical therapists is an onsite rehabilitation center equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and therapeutic tools. You will be working alongside two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA) in a supportive atmosphere that prioritizes patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' needs, tailoring interventions that align with their personal goals.
• Manage a caseload effectively, seeing approximately one patient per hour, allowing for focused and customized care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques to foster improvements in mobility and strength, while emphasizing functional outcomes.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs, promoting holistic approaches to recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary and providing ongoing encouragement to optimize outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans comprehensively, ensuring compliance with our healthcare facility's standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to enhance patient care.
• Support patients in adopting healthier lifestyles by enhancing their flexibility, balance, coordination, and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients of various ages and backgrounds, many of whom seek to recover from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions that impact their mobility. Your work will involve implementing rehabilitation strategies that promote functional recovery, independence, and resilience. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• An unblemished professional record with no history of disciplinary action against the license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a sound understanding of exercise and rehabilitation protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically experience using WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred, demonstrating a clear understanding of conditions and treatments typical to this patient demographic.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective exercise and treatment plans based on the latest research and best practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Superior Balance offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
