Base Salary: $70,000-$90,000
OTE: $100,000+
Experience: 5+ Years of Sales or Operations Management
Industry: Construction / Building Materials Preferred

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead sales, operations, staffing, inventory, and customer service for a construction materials retail location.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong sales, operations, and P&L management experience who can grow the business while developing a high-performing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Oversee daily store operations, sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage store employees.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and established KPIs.
• Manage P&L, budgets, cash flow, and financial performance .
• Maintain accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory levels.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, vendors, and key accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards.
• Review sales reports and operational performance metrics.
• Support merchandising and sales-floor organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 5+ years of progressive sales or operations management experience.
• Professional selling experience required.
• Construction materials, building products, or installation experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience managing P&L statements, budgets, and financial metrics .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

COMPENSATION
• $70,000-$90,000 base salary.
• $100,000+ OTE.
