- License/Certifications: Active Georgia Medical License; Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred in primary care
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)
- Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit
- Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2)
- Robust Referral Bonus Program
- Paid sick time in accordance with applicable state, federal, and local laws
- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Manage a volume of approximately 20 patients per day
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care
- Document patient encounters efficiently using Epic EHR system
- Attend bi-weekly Epic training sessions (after credentialing and prior to start)
- Adapt to changing needs across two facility locations
- Active Georgia Medical License; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Minimum 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
- Ability to see patients of all ages
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Willingness to travel between Fayette Medical Center and Stonecrest Medical Center as needed
