Achieve is looking for Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float—a dynamic, flexible team member who is excited to jump in wherever support is needed. This role has consistent weekly hours, but not a fixed assignment each day. You’ll work across our programs, supporting individuals with disabilities in meaningful, community-centered ways. Great opportunity to learn what areas in the disability services field you enjoy most! What You’ll Do (A Little Bit of Everything!) As a DSP Float, you’ll be our go-to person for filling in and keeping things running smoothly.
