About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Neurologist for a 25-day locum tenens assignment in New Hampshire, starting Jul 13, 2026. This role involves providing office-based general neurology services, including medication management, diagnostic testing, and referrals, with an 8a-5p schedule, and may require covering multiple sites. Occasional in-patient consults are also part of this dynamic opportunity.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide office-based general neurology services to new and established patients (mostly adults and adolescents).
• Manage medication, provide education and counseling to patients and families.
• Order diagnostic tests and refer to related specialties (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine) locally.
• Refer to subspecialty neurologists at tertiary care centers and communicate with PCP's.
• Perform occasional in-patient consults.
• Be open to covering multiple sites on different days.
• Perform and interpret EMGs (without a technician), meeting minimum volume requirements from the last 12 months.
• Interpret EEGs.
• Manage cases involving Migraine, Memory loss, Essential tremor, Parkinson's disease, Cognitive impairment, Dizziness, Epilepsy, Multiple sclerosis, Polyneuropathy, and Headache.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Neurology required.
