Location Manager

The Location Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating daily functions of the location Establishes and maintains relationships with individual and business customers Provides assistance with customer related issues Assists loan processing, teller-line and customer service representative desk when needed Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of employees, including weekly schedules Oversees the flow of cash and financial instruments Recruits staff members and oversees training Prepares financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or board of directors Networks and develops strategies for obtaining new business Fills in for all assigned employees and/or responsibilities as needed Ensures location complies with company policies and procedures Requirements Required High School or GED Preferred Bachelors Degree Degree in business, management, and/or finance preferred A minimum of four (4) years of experience in banking or related field preferred Computer experience required; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in managing daily operations, staff recruitment, and training while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Proficient in customer relationship management and financial reporting.
