Customer Solutions Specialist

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact that helps customers successfully navigate every step of the ordering process. Working with customers by phone, email, and in person, you'll answer questions, coordinate orders, provide updates, resolve issues, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Success in this role requires a commitment to ongoing learning, as you'll continually build your knowledge of our products, systems, and processes to better serve customers and provide confident, accurate solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making it easy for customers to do business with us.

$25 - $27 hourly

• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary

• Handle in-person sales for walk-in customers.
• Guide customers through the ordering process smoothly and efficiently.
• Help with straightforward quotes and fast-moving estimates.
• Ensure smooth cross-departmental handoffs during the order process.

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere

• Ability to learn quickly and retain new information
• Positive attitude
• Problem-solving aptitude
