Information Technology Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to support a long-term Department of Defense program focused on Marine Corps enterprise IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity support. This position is on-site in Crane, Indiana. The Information Technology Specialist will provide advanced Tier III systems and network engineering support to maintain and optimize mission-critical IT environments. Responsibilities for the Information Technology Specialist include: Perform advanced installation, integration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure. Design, implement, and oversee network and system upgrades while coordinating with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and security requirements are met. Provide Tier III support for networking, storage, and enterprise IT systems, including complex issue resolution and performance optimization. Manage and troubleshoot IP networking services including DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, and enterprise connectivity solutions. Support the integration, sustainment, and recovery of enterprise, regional, and local IT systems to ensure continuous mission operations. Required Qualifications for the Information Technology Specialist include: 7+ years of Information Technology experience supporting enterprise environments. Strong troubleshooting, systems integration, network engineering, and Tier III support experience. Active certifications including Security+ (or equivalent IAT Level II certification) Cisco certification (CCNA or higher) Microsoft certification Active Secret Security Clearance required.
