Job Description Job Description We are a Financial Services office that provides Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Pensions, Investments, Life & Disability Insurance, Education Planning and Tax Saving Strategies to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who has experience working for a financial services firm. You will hold a crucial role on our team serving as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience by helping to deliver excellent service and support to clients, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. The ideal candidate will be energetic, have good communication skills, detail oriented, organized and possess excellent note taking and phone skills. Please only those with at least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry need apply. Responsibilities: · Answering incoming client service calls and providing service for financial planning, investment, and insurance products. · Produce, complete and track all paperwork associated with client onboarding and account set-up · Helping the Financial Advisor prepare for initial and ongoing client appointments · General service requests including processing distributions, address updates, rollover requests, beneficiary updates, etc. · Maintaining diligent notes in client files · Placing and tracking financial transactions · Obtain quotes and illustrations
