Job title: Satellite Mission System Engineer About Marble Imaging We will disrupt the European Earth Observation industry by developing our own satellite constellation and cutting-edge AI supported analytics. Marble Imaging is a German NewSpace company, combining engineering, aeronautics & Earth Observation to address global challenges from security, sustainability, climate adaptation and disaster resilience. We aim to provide these EO based analytics and insights by developing and operating our own constellation of very high-resolution multispectral satellites providing up to hourly revisits of areas of interest by the end of 2028. The role: Lead the satellite mission system engineering activities from development over launch untill mission completion, including space segment, ground segment and launch segment:

• Own the technical management (internally and externally) of the satellite mission
• Lead the technical team of the satellite mission
• Define and maintain the technical requirements from mission level to satellite level
• Manage the technical mission interfaces including space segment, ground segment

and launch segment • Develop mission-level and satellite-level concepts and architectures About You Required: • Your education: o University degree in Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent), preferably specialisation in space engineering • Your general professional experience: o Strong experience in space industry / space projects, preferably in satellite mission projects o Experience in leadership of teams • Your technical expertise: o Strong knowledge and understanding of satellite missions / systems / architectures and internal / external interfaces, preferably of earth-observation satellite missions © Marble Imaging GmbH – 2026 Classification: Open o Profound knowledge and understanding of satellite mission ground segment and launch segment o Strong experience with requirements engineering and technical interface management • Your soft skills: o Strong organisational and communication skills o Pro-active mindset and hands-on mentality o Strong analytical skills o Ability to think out of the box (open-minded) o Ability to take a global view (thinking from mission perspective) The Location: Our headquarters are located in Bremen, where the work will be carried out on site. Partial home office arrangements can be discussed.
