Tax Attorney

A leading international law firm is seeking a Tax Associate to join its highly regarded Chicago office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated tax practice while working on complex domestic and cross-border transactions for innovative companies, investors, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions. Requirements: Experience advising on federal income tax matters in connection with corporate, partnership, private equity, finance, capital markets, or other transactional matters. Strong analytical, research, drafting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
