Seeking experienced, friendly and energetic sales people at our 125,000 sq. ft. showroom featuring contemporary, traditional and transitional furniture. Design experience is a plus. As a Retail Sales Consultant at Hurwitz Mintz, you would become a furniture expert. This would entail qualifying customers, presenting furniture solutions, and following up on the needs of the customer after the sale. A Retail Sales Consultant's duties include: Greeting customers in a timely manner Staying with customers throughout the purchase process Maintenance of the catalog room and samples Maintain a minimum required delivered sales volume Maintain a follow up system on sold orders that have not been delivered A Retail Sales Consultant's capabilities include: Possess a working knowledge of computer systems Be familiar with forms of acceptable payments and terms All interested parties should have at least a minimum of 3-5 years of retail sales experience. FURNITURE DELIVERY DRIVER

Hurwitz Mintz is seeking experienced Delivery Drivers. Candidates must have a clean driving record, current chauffeur's license, high school diploma or higher degree level, and at least one year of delivery driving experience. Must be skilled in customer relations, possess good interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and be able to lift 250 lbs with assistance. Must be team-oriented, and willing to ensure customer satisfaction. Location: 1751 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA 70001.
