Cashier II

Responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. Essential Functions Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. Collect payments whether in cash or credit. Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets. Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Experience Customer Service Experience 1-2 years required Money Management Experience 1-2 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Familiarity with cash registers, credit/debit card transactions and money management. Good math skills. Strong communication and time management skills. Customer satisfaction oriented. Schedule: The schedule for this role requires open availability to cover the below shifts as needed.
