About the Role:
Bach to Rock (B2R) in Mount Pleasant, SC is looking for passionate and talented Music Instructors to inspire the next generation of beginning musicians! This is your chance to share your love of music in a fun, energetic environment where creativity thrives and students of all ages discover their musical potential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging one-on-one and group music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's musical goals and abilities
• Teach proper technique, music theory, and performance skills across one or more instruments
• Track student progress and communicate updates with parents and guardians
• Prepare and coach students for recitals, performances, and band showcases
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured classroom environment
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and school staff to support program goals

Requirements:

• Proficiency in one or more instruments (guitar, piano, drums, voice, strings, early childhood, etc.)
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or music instruction experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents
• Ability to work with children and adults of all skill levels patiently and effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Music degree or equivalent professional performance/teaching experience a plus
• Passion for music education and fostering student growth
