1st Shift Packer - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 1st Shift Packer to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM
• Possible overtime on Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rates

• 14.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for 1st Shift Packer

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Dependable and detail-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Desirable Requirements for 1st Shift Packer

• Previous assembly or production experience is a plus

• Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products
• Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards
