Remote HR Specialist, Employee Relations & Case Management

APV is seeking an HR Specialist – Employee Relations for case management in a federal context. This remote role provides expert guidance to the HR team and federal management, handling investigations, settlements, and case adjudication while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in federal HR, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases with discretion. Must obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust and work without sponsorship.
