As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of TEC throughout the customer’s project. You will inspect properties for storm-related damage, help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process, develop the project scope and estimate, close the sale, and oversee the construction process to ensure a smooth customer experience.

No prior industry experience is necessary. Join our team, and we will provide the training and support you need to succeed!

About the job:

• Promote TEC’s services and products to prospective customers and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process 
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through door-to-door lead generation, referrals, and other sales activities 
• Oversee projects and installations to ensure work meets TEC’s quality standards 
• Safely access roofs to inspect for damage and evaluate siding, gutters, and other exterior components 
• Provide exceptional customer service 
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
