Manager - Industrial Carriers Technology

The Manager of Industrial Carriers Technology will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions for industrial carriers. This role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and safety.What you'll be doing: Supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Oversee the deployment of new technologies and systems to enhance the performance and reliability of industrial carriers. Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and safety.Work closely with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Ensure all technology solutions comply with industry standards and safety regulations.Additional Responsibilities as Assigned. We’d love to hear from you if: Prefer Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.
