Location: San Diego, CA | Full-Time | On-Site (with travel required)

Compensation: $70,000 base salary + performance-based compensation (uncapped earning potential based on your contributions and performance)

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and adaptable Bilingual Mandarin Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who excels at high-level client relations and managing complex processes. Professionals with backgrounds in fast-paced, client-centric industries—such as logistics, premium account management, or healthcare—often thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

As a core member of our sales and patient coordination team, you will act as the primary liaison for our prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients, delivering exceptional, consultative customer service in both Mandarin and English.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support business development initiatives.
• Guide clients through complex, multi-step processes, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from initial inquiry to final steps.
• Coordinate appointments, manage scheduling efficiently, and follow up promptly regarding required documents and next steps.
• Collaborate with medical providers and internal departments to ensure top-tier patient care and operational flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records, updating internal systems and CRM databases with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of successful client-facing sales, account management, or customer relations experience. (A background in logistics, supply chain, or other complex, service-oriented sales environments is highly transferable and strongly preferred).
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel as required by business needs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mindset: Professional, empathetic, patient-focused, and highly self-motivated by performance and results.
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and standard CRM/patient management platforms.
