Staff Pharmacist

Position Summary Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers, and maintaining confidentiality and documentation of controlled medications. Key Responsibilities Dispensing prescriptions accurately and administering immunizations in compliance with regulations. Supporting patient safety by ensuring quality care, communicating effectively, and following SOPs. Ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance, including HIPAA and safety protocols. Building relationships with stakeholders, identifying needs, and implementing business solutions. Leading by example in customer service, ethics, and integrity, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork. Promoting continuous improvement, reporting errors, and analyzing root causes for quality enhancement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or PharmD degree in Pharmacy, valid pharmacy license, and completion of immunization training. Strong communication, leadership, and compliance skills.
