We have partnered with a premier Las Vegas enterprise organization to identify a SailPoint Administrator / IAM Analyst I to join a growing Identity & Access Management team.

This opportunity is ideal for an early-career IAM professional with experience supporting user access, provisioning/deprovisioning accounts, and working within SailPoint or similar identity management environments. You will play a key role in supporting access governance initiatives while helping the organization modernize and automate identity lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities:

• User provisioning and deprovisioning
• Access request fulfillment and account management
• Troubleshoot SailPoint access and workflow issues
• Support identity governance and compliance initiatives
• Assist with Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes
• Collaborate on SailPoint integration and automation projects

Skills/Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of IAM, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Access Management experience
• Experience with user provisioning/deprovisioning
• Exposure to SailPoint preferred
• Understanding of Active Directory and access controls
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Salary

$55k - $58k
