Including at least one year's experience in a supervisory role within supported living. Experience and knowledge of Supported Living, in a similar role, previously in leading inspections with regulatory bodies and be capable of working closely the RQIA. Driver with access to their own car Highly determined, driven and ambitious, with the desire to make a real difference and assist in the growth of the business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk passionately about our services and values to potential clients or referral sources. Advanced computer skills including proficient use of MS Office, the ability to produce reports and strong computer systems knowledge. Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an ‘on call system’ for out of office hours. Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail A creative and strategic thinker who is able to embrace, influence and communicate improvements to the Team. Experience and knowledge of the Domiciliary Care Industry Roles and responsibilities Supporting service users towards independence, providing personalised support and working closely with Live Connected partners throughmulti-disciplinary/agency teams. Accountable for the Health and Safety of staff and clients; ensuring the Live Connected policies & procedures are always adhered to providing a safe working environment Line management of staff, safeguarding all service users and adhering to RQIA compliance. Passionately promote the aims and values of the Live Connected brand, alongside promoting to generate new enquiries from clients Ensuring that the management of each Supported Living Service promotes the needs and choices for clients receiving support Work with managers and the training manager to ensure we maintain a workforce who have the necessary skills and experience to meet the needs of people we support in a safe manner. Support managers in keeping the training matrix under review and develop strategies to ensure we are complaint with training across the organisation. Conducting regular visits to Live Connected services to ensure that all services consistently meet with compliance standards. To be aware of Key performance indicators and to accurately record and report statistics to the Director as appropriate. To ensure efficient and effective administration procedures are in place to comply with Live Connected care policy and regulatory/legislative requirements to include rota planning, the storage and dispensation of medication, etc. and to complete annual reports on the evaluation of the service. Ad hoc duties to support staff to meet the needs of the business growth.
