Responsibilities

Our Kforce client is looking for a Senior Recruiter in St. Louis county.Summary:The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of our Corporate functions including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and IT. This person will partner with the talent acquisition team and operating companies to coordinate recruiting activity. They will be responsible for driving direct and passive sourcing strategies and finding competitive intelligence from the external talent marketplace to connect great talent with key roles. The Senior Recruiter will partner with our HR Coordinator to facilitate interview scheduling and the onboarding process.Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting (intake through onboarding handoff)
• Intake calls with HR and hiring managers
• Conduct screenings(heavy process), provide feedback to HM
• Manage interviews
• Manage candidate communication
• Extend offers and initiate background
• Corporate roles: Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and IT, etc.
• Interaction with Director and VP level, strong corporate communication and management

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience
• Corporate recruiting experience
• Strong high-level communication, internal client management skills
• iCIMS experience (strong plus)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
