Physical Therapist Full Time and PRN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist, Full Time or PRN, to join our team at Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes

• Conduct thorough evaluations and reassessments to ensure optimal patient care

• Work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

• Minimum Years of Experience: 0

• Active Physical Therapist License
