Position Overview

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking two experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for an 8-week Home Health assignment based out of Bridgeton, MO , serving patients throughout St. Louis County and St. Louis City

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Home Health RNs who are comfortable working independently in the field, providing hands-on skilled nursing care in patients' homes, and completing required Home Health and OASIS documentation

Candidates should be confident managing a home health caseload and providing high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the episode of care.

Assignment Details

• 2 RN openings available
• 8-week travel assignment
• 40 hours per week
• On-call responsibilities required
• Weekend coverage required
• Based out of Bridgeton, MO
• Territory includes St. Louis County and St. Louis City
• Hands-on skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Complete all required Home Health documentation
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation
• Must be comfortable working independently in the field

Requirements

• Active and valid Missouri RN license
• Previous Home Health RN experience required
• Previous OASIS experience required
• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Ability to independently manage a Home Health caseload
• Comfortable traveling throughout St. Louis County and St. Louis City
• Ability to participate in required on-call and weekend coverage
