Benefits & Leave Specialist - Compliance & Employee Advocate

Trinity College-Hartford is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits programs and manage leave of absence processes with accuracy and compliance. You will provide clear guidance on benefits, disability, and all state and federal leave programs, reporting to the Director of Benefits Administration/Operations.
