About the Role:

Siesta Dunes Condominium Association is looking for a dedicated Landscaping Maintenance Technician to help keep our beautiful Sarasota, FL property looking its absolute best. This is a hands-on role where your work makes a visible, daily impact in a stunning coastal community. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Maintain and prune shrubs, hedges, trees, and ornamental plantings throughout the property
• Apply mulch, fertilizers, and pest control treatments as needed
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Monitor irrigation systems and report or address issues to ensure proper watering
• Remove weeds, debris, and dead plant material to maintain clean, attractive grounds
• Assist with seasonal planting and landscape improvement projects

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or lawn care maintenance
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of Florida-friendly plants, turf, and tropical landscaping is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and humidity for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
