Full-Time BCBA Leadership Opportunity | Hickory, NC

Salary: $100,000 per year

What You’ll Do

Be a Supportive Leader

• Help foster a positive, encouraging, and growth-focused team culture

• Support staff through mentorship initiatives and day-to-day encouragement

• Assist with onboarding and helping new team members feel welcomed and supported

• Partner with the Regional Mentorship Coordinator to help staff feel connected, confident, and successful

Collaborate & Grow

• Work closely with center leadership and mentorship teams

• Provide quality supervision to technicians and celebrate staff accomplishments

• Model professionalism, positivity, and strong communication

• Continue developing your own leadership and mentorship skills
